When I sat down to write my debut novel in March 2020, I set my intentions whilst planning it. There were two.
- To help me release the past and continue to live a life I loved.
- To help others release their past and live a life they love.
How? I hear you ask.
I wanted to write it to help others see that there is a way forward when suffering from a lack of self-worth. After undergoing major surgery and generally being downtrodden and feeling worthless, I wanted people to see there is light at the end of the tunnel. You can live a life you love and let go of the past.
Katie, A New Chapter; illustrates the natural ups and downs of life and how they can drag you down and diminish your feelings of self-worth and knock your confidence.
I hope that by reading the book you will see that it is possible to release your limiting beliefs, step out of your comfort zone and break through the boundaries you set for yourself.
